This community has been created to give women the environment, the support and the motivation to train the house down, feel fit and feel fab! Our trainers are well equipped to assist you will all things functional fitness, strength and conditioning, and we cannot wait to have you join our Wellness Warrior community.

Stepping into a gym can be a downright daunting and overwhelming experience, and without the knowledge of what to do and how to do it, many of us just avoid it altogether! However, not this time... You are not alone, and you will always have your coaches and the Wellness Warriors by your side! Come and train in a judgement free gym with other like-minded ladies who are all here to work hard to achieve their goals. This is a place where you will form friendships, build up your confidence, learn new movements, and feel supported the whole way through. 

ELEVATE is run out of Body Movement, and is full of weights, machines, cardio units, epic artwork, and groovy tunes. Our sessions can be solo, partnered and team based, and we always use a variety of strength and conditioning movements to keep your body fit, lean and always satisfied. We also NEVER do the same workout twice! I always make it my responsibility to ensure you are pushed to your absolute limits, and that the safety of each exercise, using correct form and technique, is adhered to.

    Following Eliza’s personal journey on Instagram gave me a clear idea of who I wanted to support me with smashing my new fitness goals whilst tackling some of my own personal daily struggles. Eliza is simply AMAZING and her passion to help others is shining through her! Eliza has given me so many positive experiences with exercise, my relationship with food and most importantly my overall wellbeing and health. Not only is Eliza’s smile contagious even through a painful set of box jumps (WHICH I CAN FINALLY DO!!), but thanks to Eliza I have been able to smash out one of my new years resolutions (for the very first time) to have a positive experience with exercise. At the end of each session I tend to say ‘Thank you Millions” but I still don’t think that’s enough to express my gratitude for all her help.

    Working on my fitness with Elle has been an amazing journey. I was always so fearful and embarrassed of being at gym, sounds stupid I know but for someone battling body image/confidence it can be daunting. She really puts her heart and soul into creating workouts that suit me, my energy and my general wellbeing. If I look back on how far I have come I only have her to thank, laughing, crying and my constant self doubt, without Elle I wouldn't have/still be achieving what I am today.     Training with Ell made a huge impact on my life! I never walked out of a training session where I didn't feel like I was pushed to my absolute limit, and it has made such a big difference. She will push you to reach your goals and achieve amazing results that you thought you were not capable of doing. No training session is ever the same and you will never be bored with this! Not only did she know how to keep me motivated throughout our sessions but I have learnt so much about nutrition, technique and even using equipment that I thought I would never go near in a gym! She was always happy to answer any questions I had regardless of how silly I thought they sounded.

    For starters your energy as a trainer is absolutely amazing! You show so much positivity that it makes me feel like yes i can do this!!.. which was definitely something I struggled with. I was always underestimating how far I could push my self and since joining your challenge I have gained so much more self confidence in what I can do, and even lift/squat! Your sessions are my only free time that I get just for me and I absolutely LOVE training with the Wellness Warriors! I have always been uncomfortable in going to a gym packed with men so being able to train with girls is great and I’m starting to feel more comfortable in the body movement gym environment... it’s definitely a cool place to be!

    It has been the best decision I have ever made when joining your challenge and I say it all the time! I wish i had the confidence to have done it sooner.... so thank you for from the bottom of my heart for helping me realise what I can achieve.

    I honestly love having you as a trainer. Your wellness group is such a great encouraging environment where everyone feels welcomed and super comfortable. You are always super motivating and make me push myself and achieve fitness goals I never thought I would. Never ever had a bad session with you! The body movement gym is super cool and such a relaxed and non intimidating environment. The classes are hard at times and test my fitness limits but I feel like I achieve so much more from a session through you then with someone else. You are so committed to making every session the absolute best and creating the most amazing and comfortable environment for us girls. 100% recommend wellness warriors challenge, it’s changed my perception of myself and fitness.

    I felt you pushed me and made me feel like I was capable of lifting weight I didn’t think I could do. I’m excited to come to every class, felt like a little family! You were motivating and even as much as I hate photos and videos I felt that pushed me to go harder.
